打开电视，看到央视四台在播出《中华医药》节目，这个节目即使你没看过你也会猜出它是做什么的。今天这个节目的主题是“我的健康我做主”——确实健康是自己的健康也是自己争取的。节目主要介绍了几位大师长寿秘诀，其中还有一位大师八十多岁眼睛还不花的锻炼方法。

看了这期节目有几点想法
1、健康的确很重要，你说它有多重要就有多重要。快乐也是建立在身体健康的基础上的，躯体患上疾病谁还能快乐呢。做事情身体健康是基础，这点易被忽视。
2、节目中几位大师都是身体出过问题，进而自己找到解决的办法，长期坚持下去，即便他们已经进入耄耋之年。当然这也有个前提，他们都是医者，懂得医学，所以他们对于所使用的药材或者说食材有着非常的了解，知道用量，如何使用等等。这是我们常人所欠缺的，我们在参照他们的方法时也要向医生请教，另外每个人的身体状况各不同更应遵医嘱。
3、我也很想从自己专业的角度来看。这个节目宗旨是弘扬中医药文化，这个定位非常合适。中医药文化博大精深值得传承，同时现在这个时代人们尤其注重身体健康，促成这个节目定位清晰，做到了专业化分众化，是个不错的节目。
4、健康重要，保持健康的方法也重要。几位大师有着自己独特的方法，并且效果不错。我们向他们学习，学习他们的方法但是不一定适用。所以我们有必要探索一种适合自己的健康法则，个人认为最简单最有效的就是跑步，适量跑步每天坚持，谁跑受用，嘿嘿。
5、关注自身健康，关注他人健康。如果自己健康并且自己有一套保养的方法，可以传播出去，向家人和朋友传播健康法则，我们大家一起健康。
6、几位大师的方法很是值得称道，他们的方法也是在身体出现问题时才找到的办法。这告诉我们保持身体健康贵在平时，我们不要等到身体出现危险信号时才做出决策。功课要做在平时，这样健康才会常相伴。
总结：找到适合自己的方法加上长期坚持健康不是难事。

第一次用手机写博客 引发几点思考 手机写博虽然方便 近乎随时随地 但是效率低下 我想即使触屏书写再快也快不过电脑 再有虽然效率不高 但短小精悍 手机博文会惜字如金 字字斟酌 否则对不起自己 还有利于读者阅读 字数较少读着没负担 总结∶各种终端写博文各有优点 不可替代 我没有提到的或者读者要补充的请留言继续完成这篇文章 嘿嘿……

有人消失了

考研结束，半夜要回家。回家之前，心情有点烦躁，看电影电视剧都不能看下去。
来到博客圈子，看看朋友们，我有近一年没到访了。
其实，看着博友的博文，还是曾经的那么亲切。
不过有些遗憾，有的链接就是打不开，唉，可惜呀。
我对太阳博客印象很深，博主虽已退休，还在写博客，人老心不老。
刚才找到太阳博客的链接，按下去，没有打开。
可以理解放弃博客，可能有各种各样的原因，但是让惦念的人有些失落。
虽不能时时关注，但想起来，还可以看一看，现在看一看的机会也没有了。
自认为乐观的我，这两天有点伤感。
不多说了，回家之后多陪陪父母，还有学习英语，准备论文。
